The event commences at 6.30pm with some casual business networking between small local businesses. This is a great opportunity to connect with other local business owners and create new connections.

  • Things to consider when developing a trade mark
  • Why should I register my trade mark?
  • A brief overview of the registration process
  • Matters that arise in typical trade mark disputes

Mark will outline a typical trade mark scenario raising a number of potential issues, before then stepping through the key trade mark concepts and discussing the registration process, followed by Q&A.

We also look forward to hearing from 3 of our local businesses who are current members of the Cranbourne Chamber who will be sharing information about their business and speaking for 3-5 minutes (3 x Local Business Networking (LBN) Speakers).
