Thanks to all the awesome people who attended our Cranbourne Chamber of Commerce Event last week! Our last event for 2024 … What an amazing night it was.
We heard from our main Guest Speaker Michelle Crowther, Founder and Owner of “Be your Best Physiotherapy” based here in Cranbourne. Michelle talked about how she drew inspiration from Seth Godin’s book “Purple Cow” and started out as a one-woman business in 2006 and has now grown to a team of 12 people. What an inspiring local young business woman Michelle is and thank you for your amazing presentation.
Our next presentation and Guest Speaker was from Caroline Rogers, Bank Manager in Cranbourne. As we all know, fraud and scams are on the rise. Caroline talked about strategies on how Westpac Bank can protect you and your business and what to do if you are scammed. In 2023, there were 601,000 combined reported scams. It was also interesting listening to some of the case studies.
Thanks Caroline for a very informative presentation!
Merinda Park Community Centre (thanks to Tony & Cassandra) for allowing Cranbourne Chamber of Commerce to be our new home for our future Events.
And last of all, thank you to ALL who attended our Event. We couldn’t do it without your support!
Thanks again to Bendigo Bank as we are thrilled to receive our Grant. This is a very exciting time for the Cranbourne Chamber AND the local community, which enables us to be able to offer a series of Workshops with relevant speakers in 2025 to impart knowledge, information and to provide targeted support to new and developing businesses emerging from our multicultural communities in the Casey area.
