The Family Chiropractic and Wellness Centre Cranbourne Chamber Networking Event was a very enjoyable and educational evening.  Guest presenter (Dr Linda Wilson) gave us a thought provoking and  timely reminder of the incredible costs associated with stress both in business and personally, and shared some simple tips that are easily applied (at little or no cost) to reduce the impact of this issue.

As a sole business owner I appreciate how we can get ‘caught up’ in the day to day operations of our business to the detriment of our own health. Thank you Linda for sharing your perspective on this very important subject and for making us aware of how a few simple adjustments can help improve how we all manage stress by promoting health and wellness within the work environment – and very importantly what we can do to help our employees feel supported and appreciated. And how the added bonus of applying these simple steps can help reduce the bottom line costs linked to absenteeism because our employees are happy and productive!  Thank you to Andrew and the team for being so welcoming as hosts for this event.
