Bill Friend is the Principal of Westernport Insurance Brokers. Bill has a Diploma of business majoring in Insurance and is a Fellow of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance.
Bill has 39 years’ experience in the insurance industry and has worked in Metro and Rural areas of Australia. He has also held Senior Management positions in the Pacific and Asia Regions.

Bill was born and grew up in the Westernport region. Thus he has the local knowledge and technical expertise to assist his clients find the right insurance that meet their needs at a price they can afford.
Bill is married with one child and lives in Tooradin. He is an active member of the local community being a member of the Koo wee Rup Lions club, the Cranbourne Chamber of Commerce, The Tooradin & Coastal Villages Commerce Committee and the Koo Wee Rup Traders Association to mention a few of his activities. Being based at Tooradin he is only 20 -30 minutes away from anywhere in Case, and Cardinia Shires. He is 30 minutes away from Hastings and Flinders and Phillip Island is only 45 minutes’ drive down the highway.
